Need Before You Contact Customer Support

your company name, and account information readily available.

proper information about your computer system and operation

Technical
Support Hours
Monday through Friday:
8 a.m to 5 p.m CST except holidays.
Lumbergear
customer support
is available from 8 a.m to 5 p.m CST, Monday to
Friday (except holidays). You have to be under a support plan before
you can receive customer support. If your support plan is about to
expire, contact your account representative about renewing your
support or maintenance plan to continue to receive service. Unique
Data Solutions regularly publishes updates to the current released
version of Lumbergear. We generally release upgrades within 12 a to
24 month period. Updates contain software fixes, and
enhancements. We do not include system upgrades in our support
plans. Upgrades includes major modifications to Lumbergear software,
database structure, documentation, reports.
